This presentation examines key supervision challenges faced by counselors working with survivors of sexual violence, including vicarious trauma, countertransference, ethical complexities, and burnout from both the lens of the supervisor and supervisee. Evidence-based supervisory interventions will be explored, with an emphasis on trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and reflective practices. Attendees will gain practical strategies to support clinician resilience, enhance clinical effectiveness, and promote ethical, client-centered care.
